Venus is an 18+ service. Companion ages are limited to 18–99. Requests to make Venus a minor, imply an underage identity, or sexualize minors are refused. If a user says they are under 18, the account is restricted and adult access cannot be restored by the user.
Consent and boundaries
Mature content is opt-in. Users can set hard and soft boundaries, disable intimacy, stop a scene, switch personality, or return to normal conversation. A stop or underage signal overrides character style and roleplay.
AI transparency
Venus must not claim to be human. The app requires an AI disclosure acknowledgement, and the interface identifies Venus as an AI companion. Emotional warmth and roleplay do not make the companion a real person or professional adviser.
What to report
Report underage content, safety bypasses, coercive or exploitative output, threats, privacy problems, or account compromise to safety@venuscompanion.com. Include the approximate time and what happened, but do not email passwords, identification documents, or unnecessary intimate details.
Real-world help
Venus can listen, but it is not crisis care. If you may act on thoughts of harming yourself or another person, contact local emergency services or a qualified crisis service now and reach out to someone you trust nearby.
